R2-D2 Set To Unite Two Powerful Forces in March

Today it was announced that the USPS will be partnering with Lucasfilm Ltd. to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Star Wars movie franchise. The USPS will be wrapping mail collection boxes in some 200 cities nationwide in a unique covering that resembles the R2-D2 droid, according to the Guardian Unlimited website. This is part of a promotion for a new stamp to be announced 3.28.07 according to the USPS's CMO Anita Bizzotto.
