Site Search Makes A Difference...

Postal Employees - do you find it frustrating when you're searching a postal eCommerce website for that long-awaited new product only to come up empty handed? I know I do! A website's internal search engine can make a huge difference in customer service and the overall consumer experience, often times making or breaking a sale.

 

My search marketing team and I at Postal Products Unlimited have been doing research analyzing the search function on our eCommerce sites. We found that the current search capability on our postal uniform website was performing poorly, frustrating our customers and forcing a bad shopping experience on our hard working postal friends. This is not a good thing!

 

We are constantly striving to find better ways to help our customers shop our sites easily. The Good News: we're on the verge of launching a new search function! I'm working with our web master to implement this new feature soon, so I'll post an update shortly.
